Prof. Dongbo Min was elected as Associate Editor (AE) of IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (T-CSVT) and will be active for two years from January 2022 to December 2023. AE decides whether to publish the submitted paper based on the review results of the reviewers. IEEE T-CSVT, a journal dealing with video processing technology, is one of the prestigious journals in the field of computer vision/artificial intelligence, which ranks in the top 11.5% of JCR's Journal Citation Indicator (JCI).
